Lilium Scheherazade

This is my baby. I've had her for 6 years, having originally planted her in my parents' garden. I divided her and moved her here to my garden last fall. Mine is a little smaller here; the one at my parents' is over 6 feet tall.

Hi Jen! Beautiful flower. Does it have the scent of a traditional lily that I would recognize from when I get cut bouquets?

Hi Natalie,
Scheherazade is an "Orientpet," a cross between an Oriental and a Trumpet lily, so it does have a fragrance, albeit not as strong as an Oriental like Stargazer.

I could easily see myself turning into a complete lily freak. I just love these flowers so much!
